Tonight, for the first time since Sarah was born, I have my entire nuclear family under one roof.  Plus a bonus Grandma who's been amazingly helpful.

Rachel is still recovering from the infection, which will likely be several weeks at least.  Possibly much longer.  She wasn't sure she was ready to come home, but the insurance company insisted, and they let Rachel know at 4:00 this afternoon.  Made for a very stressful evening, but now she's home and we have all the meds and most of the medical supplies Rachel will need.  And I got to see the look on Andrew's face when his mommy came home.  I wouldn't say that was worth the whole ordeal, but it was a really wonderful moment.
 
We've got Susan (Rachel's mother) staying here on weekdays, with Allison (Rachel's sister) coming over on Saturday nights so that Susan can get a break until we get some more permanent help in place.  My father has also come by plane and will be around for a while to run errands and be an extra pair of hands.

It could be a long time before everything's back to where it ought to be, and we're going to need a lot of help in the meantime.  But we're starting on that road.
